Workshop Indonesia Funds in Trust Final

The Indonesian National Commission for UNESCO (KNIU) in cooperation with the United Nations Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) Office Jakarta held the Final Workshop and Steerring Committee of Indonesia Funds in Trust (IFIT) Meeting, on 22 until March 24, 2017.One of the result from this workshop are result discussed about APCE projects of Ecological and Ecohydrology Solutions for Sustainable Management in Indonesia and the Asia Pacific Region Since January 21, 2014 until 30 April 2017. This activity is implemented through three components :
1. To advance scientific research in the field of ecohydrology,
2. To increase capacity in the field of ecohydrology,
3. To design ecohydrological application facilities in Integrated Water Resources Management.
The ecohydrological approach used application of integrated ecological techniques to anthropological activities covering the whole watershed (DAS) As well as upgrading and restoration of existing ecological functions in the watershed to support positive social and economic growth.
